<li>4 potatoes</li>
<li>Salt &amp; pepper</li>
<li>1 litre water</li>
</ul>
<p>Put water in a large soup pot, add salt and bring to a rapid boil. Peel all vegetables and chop up into cubes (roughly the same size so everything cooks evenly). </p>
<p>Place all ingredients and pepper in the pot and cook until soft and the water has turned a light orange (35 minutes). Using a electric mixer or a blender, blend ingredients until smooth. </p>
<p>Serve immediately with fresh crusty bread.</p>

<li>50g melted butter</li>
<li>2 cups plain flour (or SR flour for normal Donuts)</li>

<p>Crack egg into a large bowl. Place sugar, vanilla extract and melted butter in the bowl and whisk until creamy. Pour milk, add the baking powder and sift the flour into the mix. Stir well. </p>
<p>Place mix in the fridge to rest for 30 minutes. Knead dough on a floured surface and then roll dough until 1cm thick. Using a cookie cutter and apple corer, make your donut shape. </p>
<p>Place on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. </p>
<p>If desired, mix 1 cup icing sugar with 2tsp water and mix well. Ice donuts with the mix and dip into 100&#8242;s &amp; 1000&#8242;s or a cinnamon sugar mix.</p>

<li>1 egg</li>
<li>1 cup flour</li>
<li>Oil for frying (optional)</li>
</ul>
<p>Cut breasts into large cubes. Crush potato chips until they become like breadcrumbs. Whisk egg and place on a plate. </p>
<p>Place flour and crushed chips on two separate plates as well. Line the 3 plates up together and place the chicken cubes in flour first (dust off excess), then egg, then chip crumb mixture. </p>
<p>Make sure the nugget is coated all over. Repeat this until all nuggets are coated. Place in a 180C Oven for 30 minutes or shallow fry them in some vegetable oil. </p>
<p>Serve with any sauce you desire. ENJOY!</p>

<p>Soak fruit in milk &amp; brandy overnight or for at least 6 hours in the fridge. Mix in the flour. </p>
<p>Bake in a 20cm round cake tin (or a square tin &#8211; easier to cut for lunches) on 180C for 1 hour 15 minutes or until cooked. </p>
<p>The top started to get a little too brown so watch it towards the end. May need to cover it with some foil depending on your oven. </p>
<p>If you’re feeling creative, try it with iced coffee, banana milk and some chopped walnuts next time. Enjoy!</p>
